Student Enrollment Application

Bring the completed & signed Student Enrollment Application and either a copy of the online AAU Insurance Form or download and complete the AAU Athlete Application.

Bring both to the Dance/Gym and put them in the Deposit Box (ask the instructor for location).

Include the Annual Enrollment Fee, at least one month’s Tuition, and $20 for a Skillbook (if required).

Annual Registration Fee of $25 –

Due upon enrollment and includes AAU Insurance, T-shirt, and two Recital tickets.
